Heavy Steel Grating refers to the special requirements for the carrying capacity of steel gratings. It is generally used in ports, offshore platforms, military factories and other areas, and the carrying capacity is generally more than 40 tons. The width of the flat steel of the heavy Steel Grid plate is generally 60-180mm, the thickness of the flat steel is generally 6-10mm, the diameter of the twist steel is generally 8mm or 10mm, and the spacing of the flat steel is generally 30-40mm.

Heavy-loaded pressure-welded steel gratings are made by pressure-welding technology to form a permanent connection between the high-strength heavy-duty square steel and large-size load-bearing flat steel through high temperature and high pressure, so as to form a better lateral (steel grating width direction) carrying capacity. It is generally recommended that both sides of the steel grating be edged with edged plates.
The heavy-loaded grid plates can provide better lateral load-carrying capacity, and can effectively prevent the tilt instability of the load-bearing flat steel, and are used more as heavy-duty steel gratings.
Due to the special nature of heavy-duty grid panels, we generally advise our customers to inform them of the load requirements and support conditions. We select the most economically reasonable specifications for our customers.
